Dean's Heating and Air conditioning was a great company to work with. Down to price quote, warranty (labor), and education about the hvac unit he installs. Michael was patient while we debated back and forth between two different companies comparing the HVAC models and when we informed him we would be going with him, he made a prompt appointment and installed our inside and outside unit in 1 day. Him and his employee left no mess, explained how everything would work several times to myself and then my fiance and followed up to make sure everything was running as it should. Michael also offered us a great labor warranty and with that includes twice a year maintenance for the allowed warranty time frame. We will use Dean's Heating and Air Conditioning again if needed and will always recommend him!

I was looking for a company to replace a 27 yr old HVVAC system that was acquired with the purchase of our new home. I took the time to evaluate and entertain 5 companies with their associated estimates including Deans Heating and Air Conditioning. In my research I found that Deans HVAC had received 5 star reviews from every client for whom they had serviced. After speaking with Mike the owner I was very impressed as he listened to what I was looking for and shared exemplary knowledge on what my HVAC project needed. Mike took time to answer all of my questions in addition to providing the best and most fair estimate in comparison to the other companies I had spoken with. Mike was very thorough and took care to make sure everything was installed with precision and a personal attention to detail. Even though our project had its own unique challenges, Mike and his assistant worked with efficiency and finished in a timely manner.
Working with Deans Heating and Air Conditioning was an awesome and rewarding decision as we are very pleased with the installation of our new HVAC system. I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Dean's Heating and Air Conditioning. Mike drove a long way to come give me a free estimate and explain things in terms very easy to understand. He walked me through the process of removing an older mini split system, and installing a new system I purchased myself. We scheduled a day for him to complete the job. Mike is professional, thorough, and efficient. He and his assistant completed the removal and installation in no time, and again walked me through the completed job. I will choose Dean's Heating and Air Conditioning for HVAC work in the future, and definitely recommend anyone needing HVAC work to choose him as well. I'm a very thankful and happy customer. Woke up yesterday on one of the hottest days of the year so far and noticed my house was warm and my AC wasn’t running. I have a newborn so I was panicked and called Dean’s. I live an hour away but Mike came to my house and had me up and running in no time. Highly recommend Dean’s to anyone!!

Really appreciate Mike Dean for his hard work. He didn’t try to sell me on any systems like all the other hvac companies I met with. We discussed what system would be a good fit and went that route. The timing and scheduling was really easy, he’s great with communication. I have no complaints, highly recommend to anybody in need of a reliable and trustworthy hvac guy. He’s really good with ductwork, so definitely worth updating what you have in your home if needed. Pricing wise, you can’t go wrong.. super fair. Out of 10 different companies that I met with for consultation, Mike was the only one I trusted in the end. For me, there’s nothing better than talking directly to the guy who is going to install my system. You can discuss all the details such as the aesthetics, for example. Mike paid attention to all the details and it certainly shows

HVAC unit wasn't reaching the temperature it was set to. Found Dean's due to the great reviews. They came out the same day I called and found the problem quickly. Mike was straight forward with his recommendation to install a new system as well as the pricing. Within two weeks I was scheduled and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Part of the system was in an awkward spot in the attic but Mike was able to figure it out without any major issues. The new system has been working great! Easy 5 star rating and will definitely recommend Dean's to any friends/family.

I thought I might need to go into debt. One company who never even looked at the unit quoted $9500. Another said maybe $5000 or $6000. Mike came looked at everything and checked the circuit breaker...it had flipped off. No charge. I offered to give him some money for his time , he refused . I HIGHLY recommend this honest man. When this unit does give up the ghost I will be calling Mike. Deans Heating and Air Conditioning.

I'm a single mom & my 30yr old son has Autism so he will always live with me. The 24 yr old furnace stopped working in early December & for 33 days we had no heat. I had 2 other HVAC guys that kept trying to "repair" a furnace that very obviously needed "replaced". Week after week they ordered the wrong parts, repeatedly disassembled my furnace only to be unable to do ANY repair. I have a mobile home which requires a specific type of furnace & they kept buying parts from co's who ONLY had frame/brick built homes.
